When do I need BHB solutions in my company?
When you want to quickly find out key information about the health of the organisation, the potential of teams or key employees, prior to a change and transformation programme as well as in talent management, selection, promotion and leadership development processes.
What does the process of using BHB solutions involve in my organisation?
You can seek the assistance of a certified partner or build internal capacity to implement them by certifying in-house specialists. Some large projects also involve mixed teams: certified partners and in-house specialists.
How long does it take to apply a BHB instrument?
An organisational scanning tool (culture, engagement, development needs) is applied over a period of a few weeks to a maximum of 2 months. A profiler tool – can be applied in a day to a few weeks. Discussing the results and building solutions for change or development are subsequent steps in applying BHB tools.
What costs should be considered when applying BHB solutions?
The main costs relate to the user licence and the hours needed by a consultant to implement the solution. For some solutions such as Competency Profilers, the time allocated by participants to the competency assessment process must also be taken into account.

Is previous consulting experience required to obtain a BHB certification?
Experience as a consultant to organisations or as a specialist in people development in an organisational environment (trainer, coach, mentor, recruiter, L&D coordinator, HR-business partner) is required. But there are also certification events for early career specialists.
