The assessment is carried out by analyzing the behaviors displayed by participants in exercises and simulations reflecting common but challenging situations in the work of team managers. A team of two consultants can fully assess this competency profile for 4 managers per day.

Consultants provide reports that facilitate quick identification of candidates’ suitability for management positions and information about what they need to develop as a priority to perform in that position.
