The assessment is carried out by analyzing the behaviors displayed by participants in exercises and simulations reflecting common but challenging situations in the work of team managers. A team of two consultants can fully assess this competency profile for 4 managers per day.

How do we develop the assessed competencies?
Consultants provide reports that facilitate quick identification of candidates’ suitability for management positions and information about what they need to develop as a priority to perform in that position. For a personalized approach, ask the consultants to discuss the evaluation results with the participants and agree on an accelerated development plan!
