How do the behaviours and the impact of managers’ behaviours on performance translate into the language of competencies?
Certification stages
In our certification programme, you will complete four core modules, each designed to develop and deepen your skills in your chosen field.
From theoretical fundamentals to applied strategies to preparation for the final exam, each module will guide you step-by-step towards certification.
Decoding Skills
The first module prepares you to distinguish more easily between behaviours that demonstrate competences and those that express skills, personality traits or other human qualities.
You will explore the interaction between managerial behaviours and their effects on performance in different business scenarios. At the end you will be able to determine which are the most relevant behaviours that describe a particular area of competence and how they can be challenged and identified in situational simulations.
Behavioural analysis
This module will prepare you to rigorously apply the method of behavioural analysis as the main method of qualitative assessment of managerial competencies.
The practice of behavioural analysis in different assessment contexts and with different profiles of managerial competences will also be carried out in parallel through e-learning assisted by a mentor. Also in this module you will learn the skill of leading meetings to calibrate the evaluators’ observations – a fundamental aspect of large projects that run with several evaluation panels at the same time.
BHB assessment design
Your training as an assessor will also extend to the ability to design a precise sequence of assessment activities, prepare tools, use digital applications, all of which are covered in this module.
The BHB Methodology Package – is built to give you full autonomy in coordinating projects to assess a competency profile. Moreover, you will have the whole methodology at your disposal to apply it both in individual projects and together with other teams of evaluators in large-scale projects.
Assisted application
Training and certification is considered completed after a full assessment project in which you will be assisted by a mentor (an experienced assessor).
Whether this last stage is in a lab format or in a real project, at the end of it you will be fully prepared to assess correctly, objectively and effectively the team managers and employees with leadership potential in your organisation with all the tools you need.
