Application of the SCS
Module 2 prepares you to easily launch sales culture diagnostic projects using the Sales Culture Scanner, generate team reports, interpret results, identify critical factors and present results for use in development programs. Also in this module you will learn how to achieve alignment of team culture with strategic sales objectives.
